B. David Carson has accepted the position of chapter attorney for the North Carolina Subcontractors Alliance (NCSCA), outgoing past president Art Rouse said in a statement. “Dave has had a distinguished career in Construction Law and Construction Litigation and is currently a partner with Johnston Allison and Hord, one of the top law firms in Charlotte.”
Dave is a cum laude graduate of Notre Dame University and received his JD degree from the University of North Carolina, has represented subcontractors in landmark litigation and is considered an expert in North Carolina lien laws, Rouse wrote.
“He has lectured on the subject at the Charlotte School of Law and conducted courses on the NC Lien Laws for Lorman Education Services. Dave is enthusiastic about the future of the NC Subcontractors Association and looks forward to meeting all the members at the annual meeting on June 16.”
