Charlotte councilman Kenny Smith will discuss District 6 development at the upcoming CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Charlotte meeting on March 8, reporting on close to $1 billion in projects in SouthPark and along the Park Rd. corridor. Smith “will discuss recent and active zoning petitions, trends, city vision, demographic trends, and how it all impacts us,” the association said in its event notice.
