Fieldcrest is a 56-unit development designed to serve families in Farmville, while The Reserve is an 80-unit development for families in Albemarle.
Fieldcrest is a 56-unit new apartment community located about 85 miles east of Raleigh. Located in three, two-story buildings, the community will serve families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). The development will feature 12 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom units offering central air, ceiling fans and dishwashers.
The Reserve is an 80-unit new apartment community in Albemarle, a city located 37 miles east of Charlotte. The property will feature four two-story buildings with 12 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units targeting families at or below 60 percent of AMI.
Units will offer central air and dishwashers. Community amenities will include a 1,500-sq.-ft. community building. Additional amenities include a children’s playground and a covered picnic area with tables and BBQ grills.
