Raleigh implements online form for planning issues

Raleigh’s planning and development department has implemented a new request form to improve the process for submitting inquiries and questions. Instead of emailing a generic inbox, the new online form will ensure staff receives inquiries more efficiently because they will be organized by category.  Categories include:

  • Development Reviews and Approvals
  • Historic Districts and Landmarks
  • Inspections
  • Permits
  • Permit Portal Help
  • Records Request
  • Zoning
  • Compliment or Complaint
  • Suggestions
  • Other

The form will be linked on development related pages and on the Permit and Development Portal.
