Noble Investment Group has broken ground on its first AI-enabled precision construction project: a four-story, 124-suite StudioRes by Marriott. This development marks a major milestone as the first StudioRes property constructed using advanced modular building techniques.

Designed specifically for long-term stays, each suite will include a full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and amenities tailored to meet the needs of today’s mobile and business travelers. Each unit is being manufactured offsite in a climate-controlled facility and will arrive at the construction site fully outfitted with walls, finishes, furniture, and fixtures — ready for quick and seamless installation.

Noble’s Greensboro project showcases the company’s forward-thinking approach to innovation in construction. At its core is AI-enabled precision construction, a transformative method that integrates artificial intelligence, automation, and robotics to improve the building process.

By manufacturing units in controlled factory environments, this approach ensures higher quality, greater consistency, and faster construction timelines compared to traditional methods.

AI-driven design tools optimize space and materials, while automated machinery enhances accuracy and reduces errors.

Additionally, digital systems can monitor production and logistics in real time, enabling precise scheduling and minimizing delays. This fusion of smart technology and modular building enables developers like Noble to scale projects efficiently while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
