Nexsen Pruet has extended an invitation to its Construction Industry in 2022: State of the Industry law breakfast in Raleigh on June 16.
Topics will include critical issues impacting the industry including price increases, material availability, legislative updates, and employment issues.
After a couple of years of remote programming because of COVID-19, the event will be live and in-person this year at the lawyers’ Raleigh office at 4141 Parkdale Ave. Suite 200, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

- Review of the NC General Assembly’s recently passed statute that regulates lien waivers and clarifies when a prevailing party can recover attorney fees in state court litigation.
