Diamondback Investment Group has obtained a $20.5 million construction loan from Trez Forman Capital Group for a 183-unit planned community in North Carolina’s Triad region.
The project, called St. Marks, will be built at 1172 St. Marks Church Rd. in Burlington. The garden-style project on a 7-acre site will feature a saltwater pool, clubhouse, fitness and cardio studio, lounge area and dog park.
In addition, community will include a 4,500-sq.-ft retail component, Multi Housing News reports, citing Yardi Matrix data.
