MC Hotel Construction, a St. Louis, MO-based general contractor specializing in new hotel construction and renovations, has recently hired Patrick McCoy as its regional project director for North Carolina.
McCoy will manage the regional growth of the company while based at its Charlotte, NC office located at 15720 Brixham Hill Ave. In this position, McCoy will oversee construction services throughout the area including $30 million in current projects in North and South Carolina, the company says in an announcement.
McCoy has more than 30 years of experience supervising all phases of multi-million dollar construction projects for both government and private sector clients, the news release says.
Before joining MC Hotel Construction, McCoy held executive positions with several North Carolina construction companies including as a licensed general contractor, construction manager, director of operations, and senior project manager.
“Pat is the perfect combination of leadership and hands-on experience, specifically in North Carolina,” MC Hotel Construction’s owner J.T. Norville said in a statement. “His background encompasses a variety of quality hospitality projects that were completed both on time and on budget.”
