The shareholders of Elliott Davis, PLLC and Lunsford & Strickland, P.A. have voted to combine their firms effective July 1, 2013. The combination will establish a Raleigh office for Elliott Davis, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast.
Founded in 1989, Lunsford & Strickland provides assurance, tax, business valuation and litigation support services to businesses in the Triangle and beyond. The firm serves diverse clients in industries such as biotech, life sciences, software, healthcare, not-for-profits, closely-held businesses, real estate as well as retail and hospitality. Elliott Davis, in business for 88 years, has many parallel practices in addition to niche focuses including transaction services, international business, government entities, manufacturing and financial institutions.
