Nance Companies and MPV Properties (MPV) say they plan to build an industrial building at Pineville Distribution Park.
An entity affiliated with the two companies recently purchased a 3.67-acre site within the business park for $458,750 with plans for a 30,250 sq. ft. building on the graded lot.
The developers said in a Dec. 15 statement that they anticipate the building will be complete by the fall of 2021. This will be the third building developed in the business park after Beacon Development completed a 525,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit for Campbells Snacks in 2019 and Nance/MPV completed a 67,000 sq. ft. building earlier this summer.
Timmons Group is the engineer for the new project and Merriman Schmitt is designing the tilt wall building.
