Developer Crescent Communities is preparing to build a 31-story a mixed-use building in Charlotte.
The structure named Carson South End at 1102 South Tryon St. at the intersection of Carson Blvd, will be positioned between South End and Uptown’s Central Business District.
“With Carson South End, connectivity is at the core of this exciting and transformative new opportunity,” Sagar Rathie, managing director of Office at Crescent Communities’ Commercial business unit, told WBTV-3 in a Feb. 23 broadcast. “Office employees, hotel guests, apartment residents, and pedestrians will all find community within the eclectic mix of green space, restaurants, and amenities planned for this highly integrated mixed-use community.”
The building on a three acre site will include 560,000 sq. ft. of office space, 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a 200-key boutique hotel and more than 100 multi-family units.
