Construction is moving forward at the Prisma Health Greer Medical Park, where footings are underway on a 29.5-acre site near Greer Memorial Hospital.
The project includes a three-story medical office building totaling about 96,600 square feet. Once complete, the facility will provide expanded outpatient services to support the growing Greer community.
The building will feature a fully outfitted endoscopy suite, imaging department, laboratory and pharmacy, along with clinic exam space for a range of specialties. Planned services include family practice, cardiology, pediatrics, urology, neurology, pulmonology and ear, nose and throat care.
Vannoy Construction is serving as the contractor on the project, which is being delivered using a construction manager at-risk model.
The medical park is part of a larger expansion of the Greer Memorial Hospital campus aimed at increasing access to care and modernizing facilities. The broader project includes upgrades to inpatient and emergency services at the hospital.
Prisma Health officials say the medical park will help meet rising demand for outpatient and specialty care in the region while supporting long-term growth of the healthcare system.
The facility is expected to open to patients in 2027.
