The structure on a 0.7-acre site will include eight levels of garage parking, 156,500 sq. ft. of office space, 2,300 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space and nearly 200 apartments.

The architect is Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, while LandDesign provides civil engineering and landscape design.
