Pulte Home buys 36-acres of land in Raleigh

Pulte Homes, a national home building company, has acquired 36 acres of undeveloped land in Raleigh for nearly $11.3 million, reports Triangle Business Journal.

The parcel, on Old Lead Mine Road, sitson a piece of land that’s considered to be one of the larger infill sites left in north Raleigh. The company is planning 86 single family home lots for a new age-targeted residential community.

The property is located next to Lead Mine Elementary School on Old Lead Mine Road between Lead Mine and Six Forks roads.
