A six-story hotel is being built near Piedmont Triad International Airport, reports Triad Business Journal.
The Hilton Garden Inn will cost $11.4 million.
The publication reports the designer as Olive Architecture, with the general contractor being Conover-based Matthews Construction Co. and Dan Riter as project manager.
The 89,200-sq. ft, 152-room hotel will be located at 238 N.C. Highway 68 South just south of Interstate 40, the newspaper said.
