The Charlotte Construction Coalition, representing four associations, has opened nominations for the Steel Toe Boots Awards to recognize general and subcontractors in the community.
The awards will be celebrated on April 13.
Participating associations include the Metrolina Minority Contractors Association (MMCA), The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the North Carolina Subcontractors Alliance (NCSA) and the Professional Construction Estimators Association (PCEA).
Charlotte mayor Jennifer Roberts will be the guest speaker at the awards event at the Palmer Building.
There is no fee to nominate businesses for the awards, which will recognize large and small general contractors and large, medium and small subcontractors doing business in the Carolinas. See the nomination form here.
