The Charlotte Construction Coalition partners will recognize diversity in the local construction industry at the Steel Toe Boot Awards on April 13.
Coalition members include the Metrolina Minority Contractor Association (MMCA), the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the North Carolina Subcontractors Alliance (NCSA) and the Professional Construction Estimators Association (PCEA).
Tickets for the event at the Palmer Building, 2601 E. Seventh St. in Charlotte are $100 in advance or $150 at the door.
There will be awards for the General Contractor of the Year and Subcontractor of the Year, as well as a featured speaker and plenty of networking among suppliers, owners and like-minded businesses, the announcement says.
