Integrated Construction based in Jacksonville, Florida, has won a contract to build a $19.3 million senior living facility in Woodfin, north of Asheville, North Carolina.
Jacksonville Business Journal reports that the facility will have 172 units in one building totaling 165,825 sq. ft. Gaylen Howard Laing Architect Inc. (based in Texas) is the architect.
The facility is expected to be completed in April 2016.
