Noble Investment Group has announced that it has broken ground on the StateView Hotel in Raleigh.
The hotel is centrally located on North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus. It is designed to LEED Silver sustainability standards.
Concord Eastridge is serving as development partner along with general contractor, W.M. Jordan, and architectural firm, Cooper Carry.
The StateView Hotel will be a part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, which is comprised of independent, luxury hotels and resorts, each with their own distinct personalities.
The new hotel will sit on the shore of Lake Raleigh, adjacent to the N.C. State University Alumni Center and across from the Lonnie Poole Golf Course. It will feature 164 guestrooms and suites, a signature restaurant and bar with private dining, fully-equipped business and fitness centers as well as an outdoor pool and reception area.
In addition, the StateView Hotel will also offer more than 22,000 sq. ft. of first class, high-tech meeting and function space as well as outdoor event terraces. It was designed to deliver exceptional experiences which incorporate innovative technology and interactive spaces.
The hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2016.
