Concorde Construction has begun work on Berewick Retail A&B, two buildings totaling 30,000 sq. ft.
“We are very excited to begin this important next step in Berewick Town Center’s growth with Concorde Construction Company,” says Craig Miller of Pappas Properties in a news release. “The buildings will reside next to the Harris Teeter which is currently under construction.” The retail buildings are set to be completed by third quarter 2016.
Concorde president David Privitera said in a statement:“The opportunity to be a part of this significant project is a privilege. The growth of Berewick Town Center and the surrounding area has been exciting to watch and now participate in. We are proud to be working with Pappas Properties and their extraordinary team on this important project.”
Berewick is a 1,070-acre master-planned community under development in southwest Charlotte. This master-planned community will feature an employment campus with office and business park space, a town center with retail and multi-family housing, several single family neighborhoods and one of the county’s largest district parks.
